Your mission

We are a young, dynamic software engineering team specialising in space systems, combining traditional development with New Space engineering - and we are growing steadily. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and further developing design systems and component libraries.
  • Supporting the implementation of your designs in collaboration with Engineering.

Your profile

  • Industry standards, frameworks as well as European & open-source software are no obstacle for you
  • The ability to make complex topics and systems understandable for users and to translate research methods (usability tests, data analysis, etc.) into design decisions
  • Fluency in English and at least a good level of German.

What we offer

  • A gross annual salary of €45k - €60k for a 38-hour full-time role, depending on your previous experience. Part-time work of up to 25 hours is possible. Flexible working hours with up to 60% remote work.
  • A small but excellent team without unnecessary overhead, with really short lines of communication and the opportunity to create real added value.
  • 32 vacation days that you don’t have to apply for a year in advance.
  • 2 out of 3 benefits: Jobrad, company fitness (Wellpass) or Deutschland Ticket; as well as a company pension plan and as much coffee as you can drink.

Sounds interesting, but your CV doesn’t tick all the boxes yet? Apply anyway! Questions? Just ask. You can reach us at jobs@tenics.de. We look forward to receiving your application!
