Your mission

We are a young, dynamic software engineering team specialising in space systems, combining traditional development with New Space engineering - and we are growing steadily. This growth comes with an increasing number of exciting projects where we need your support on front-end and back-end development! 

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing mission-critical web and software applications on the back-end and front-end in accordance with requirements and standards within agile Scrum teams.
  • Developing user interfaces for a commissioning portal and other satellite ground software using TypeScript / Angular v16+.
  • Implementing backend logic (C#, Java, Python or Docker), designing and maintaining (RESTful) APIs and database connections.
  • Testing & code reviews (peer reviews), fault analysis & bug fixing, supporting architectural and technology decisions, documentation.

Your profile

  • A degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
  • Early work experience in software development, adhering to requirements or standards in both front-end and back-end development.
  • Knowledge of the aforementioned backend technologies and modern frontend technologies, experience with web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, REST, JSON) and ideally Keycloak or MapTiler.
  • Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases, as well as version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Fluent English and at least a good level of German.

What we offer

  • A gross annual salary of €55k - €65k for a 38-hour full-time role, depending on your previous experience. Part-time work of up to 25 hours is possible. Flexible working hours with up to 60% remote work.
