Your mission

We are a young, dynamic software engineering team specialising in space systems - and we are growing steadily. As we grow, so do our ambitions: we not only want to achieve more, but also to continuously improve the quality of our company and project standards. To do this, we need your support!

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring compliance with company quality standards in accordance with ISO 9001.
  • Developing new company quality standards, as well as company processes and software development processes.
  • Conducting reviews (software projects and company standards).
  • Monitoring and implementing quality standards (in accordance with ECSS) in software projects.
  • Ensuring software quality standards using automated quality metrics.

Your profile

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • 3–5 years of work experience in Quality Assurance, software testing (V&V) or project assurance - ideally in software development projects (e.g. space systems, embedded systems or complex applications).
  • Technical background, i.e. you are familiar with software engineering processes and can quickly grasp technical concepts.
  • Independent and solution-oriented approach to work, i.e. you take responsibility, think proactively and drive issues forward.
  • Very good language skills in German and English.

  • A gross annual salary of €65k - €85k for a 38-hour full-time role, depending on your previous experience. Part-time work of up to 25 hours is possible. Flexible working hours with up to 60% remote work.
